The town has some lovely parks and tree lined avenues. Central Elche was easy to get into, the town is built on a grid system. We stayed near Placa Glorieta, a very interesting area with plenty of shops and a variety of good restaurants. Well worth a visit. A huge bath, the gardens and pool were beautiful. Yoga was available too. Comfortable bed and beautiful cotton bedding. Facilities were great and a mini bar with fair prices and a Mercadona 5 minutes away.
