The smiling welcome from the staff at reception. The cosy attic bedroom is spotlessly clean and comfortable, with air con. Secure parking for our motorcycle. The location, in the centre of the town, with all is activity to observe from the cafe. Everything in the hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is served in the cafe across the square, which is part of the hotel, and the friendly staff there make you feel very welcome. Very highly recommended accommodation.

Canon de Sil is beautiful place and this apartment is good place to enjoy it. You could have breakfast and dinner in cafe on ground floor. Staff were very pleasant and help us with minor issues we have.

A beautifully restored and furnished house in an idyllic tranquil rural spot just a short walk from the village of Parada do Sil. Despite what it previously may have said on booking.com there is excellent wifi, and parking is just 25 metres from the house. Many thanks to owner Rita who, with husband Emilio, runs the excellent bar/restaurant in the village. The surrounding area is full of forest walks, and centred on the awe-inspiring Cañon de Sil.8

I can't fault this place. Clean, great design and comfortable. Yolanda the host was hospitable, lovely and an uplifting presence. I would highly recommend staying here. It would be a great base for a few days if you wanted to do many of the walks/hikes in the area. Will be back in the summer!
