Gorgeous hotel with stunning views on mountains! The staff was very kind and helpful. We lived in a villa 106, it was really nice with a lot of space. Villas were cleaned every day! The food was very nice, not a very large selection of food, but it was prepared deliciously. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, lots of palm trees, a variety of plants, it feels like you are in a botanical garden. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff in both hotel and restaurant. Great housekeeping. Great place to relax. Wooden furniture makes an impression. A little tired room, but reconstruction is being done. It is completely invisible for a guests.

    After 40 years of travelling to Tenerife this is without doubt the worst accomadation I have ever the misfortune to land in Certainly not a holiday location ,DO NOT BOOk THIS PLACE ,they would not even give me my money back only stayed one night
