Pools, cleanliness of facilities. The ability to use facilities in both hotels (Hills and Palms 100m nearby). Some staff are amazing (Russian speaking waitress in Palms restaurant was amazing in Hills they are all whatever except young guy working in evening) Pool guys was very nice and helpful in both hotels. Family room is very spacious! Bed is very comfortable! We also loved size of towels and huge bathroom.

The Hotel was fabulous. The staff were so helpful and extremely friendly. There were free hot drinks in reception 24/7 with little cakes. Also a big bottle of water was left in the room fridge every day.

Fantastic place, comfortable facilities, nice staff. The special 1 place for restaurants, the food in the main restaurant is amazing! The best hotel in the area from Valencia to Alicante. Definitely will come again!

We had an awesome room with a private balcony (as booked ) right on the sea front. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice including many freshly cooked items on the menu together with lots of healthy options. The restaurant had a large balcony very close to the sea with superb views where you could have breakfast. Dinner - the food was so delicious. There was a huge range of dishes. The staff were so lovely, helpful and very professional.
