Exceptional b&b. The owner and wonderful Ana went above and beyond in their care and commitment, ensuring guests had a great stay. Breakfast was brilliant! The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean! Fresh towels every day! The garden is a delight. Transport by tren is on the doorstep, with San Sebastian and Bilbao easily accessible every 30 minutes. A 5 star establishment! Thank you.

A beautiful, comfortable room with a super view over the beach and coast road. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating, assisting us with restaurant recommendations and routes onto our next destination.     Orio is a lovely little sea side town.

    Orio is a lovely little sea side town. Not picturesque as such, the beach is the main draw and the town has shops, bars and restaurants enough to make a stay fun. The locals all seemed very friendly and welcoming. In this area few speak Engligh (one attraction for us) but all the shop and restaurant staff were patient while we worked through Google Tranlate or my little phrase book.

    The view of the beach from the apartment is magnificent, we never get tired of it. The apartment is very nicely decorated, very well equipped and modern kitchen, nothing is missing, very large dressing room perfect for long stays. The village of Orio is very charming. Very close to San Sebastian for a visit to this beautiful city. Easy access to the entire Spanish Basque coast, magnificent.

    The hotel owners are amazing and make you feel at home. The breakfast is amazing and more than enough. Room was clean and we received a bed for our dog. It was only a one-night stay because of it being a nightly stop for us on our way, but this hotels deserves all the credit it can get. Nowhere have i seen so much value for money.

    Reception was outstanding : nice, clear, helpful If you like to walk or bike by the sea this a place for you. The hotel is lending bikes. The spa was a really nice experience Wonderful massage experience too
