Went out of season so may have a bearing but the area felt pretty quiet. There are far too many apartments there for demand - out of season (not sure if it is busier in season). Restaurants are not great - probably because the hotels are all inclusive. Fantastic beaches. We live in Oropesa, so naturally, we love it here. This time of year is festival, and where we live, close to the arena and Bull Ring, it's very noisy, with techno disco music all night. The only positive is that I booked only ONE NIGHT. Horrible place and very rude owner. Afer the owner first read my (very negative but deserved) review this morning, he decided to send me a Whatsapp to tell me to "Go and F.ck yourself" after adding that guests like me staying only one night were the worst ones! In my review, I pointed out the bad communication: his agent did not want initially to come and meet me at the property, they wanted me to pick up the keys 3km away.. I insisted and he came in the end. I also pointed out that the property did not have any heating and I was very cold during the night and could not sleep despite putting on 3 or 4 blankets on the bed. Absolutely shocking, this very unprofessional and rude owner should be banned from the Booking.com Platform. I have been a customer of Booking.com for many years and usually do an excess of 15 bookings per year. I have never had such a bad experience.
