The service was above and beyond what i expected. Fransico, Daniel, rosa , lucas and other people that i sadly forgot their names we’re amazing! They helped us with everything we needed and didn’t need. We felt like we weren’t guests we were a part of a family. Even when my firend was sick and couldn’t leave the hotel to get medicine Daniel went a got it himself! I have been around the world and to different hotels but this is different. I wish you guys the best in life and thank you for this unforgettable experience. I will definitely come again to Mallorca for this hotel 😄🤍

Top notch facilities! All well maintained even though the hotel was build in early 2000 it doesn't feel like one because all is well taken care of well kept and refurbished. Rooms are very clean. Sauna was one of the best I've ever been to. Gym was also well equipped. The pools were clean. The place is considered for all types of customers. All can find a bit for themselves. Great staff especially Alex at reception desk. This guy is above and beyond!!! Friendly, helpful and nice. All staff members were very friendly. I can tell that food in the restaurant was great too. Location is a bit off the path but still with 15 minutes reach of main city and near the beach. Super comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Overall highly recommended

    Unique in that it is more a residential area with a posh port. It sits in between your more common or garden resorts and has its own charm, centered around the harbour and port and adjoining row of shops, estate agents and bar, restaurant clubs. Bring your credit card! Portals has a little town centre too, with restaurants, a supermarket and some usual resident shops.

    Love the area especially the port and all its restaraunts. The public beach is excellent Beds are reasonable 20.50 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella Easy to get to Palma Can be a wait for taxis during high season and busy times of the day

    The village has plenty of bars and restuarants and is quite quiet in June. Its is reasonably close to Puerto Portals Marina and a pleasant walk to Son Cal and Palma Nova as there is a path the whole way.

    The marina down in Portals is beautiful and there are so many fantastic eateries to choose from. This is our second time visiting for 3 nights and we will definitely return. We stayed in the Tomir Portals Suites hotel and it's easy to walk about 10-15 mins down into the marina area. The beach is lovely too, with a nice beach bar/cafe that does food & drinks. There's a bit of work being done at the moment along the marina front, but it'll soon be finished and it'll be lovely!

    Great location to stay whether you want to stay local to...

    Great location to stay whether you want to stay local to chill or use it as a base to venture out. We rented a car for 4 days and managed to see a number of places on the island with most places only a short 20/25 minute trip away including the city of Palma if that’s your sort of thing. Area itself has a couple of very nice beaches which we went to more than we thought we would as they were so nice. We would stay again for sure and explore more of the island

    I really liked the pool area ,well laid out and it had a bar and restaurant beside it which worked really well.The rooms were very spacious and clean .The food was very good quality with plenty of choice .The staff were very friendly and helpful .Its a great location with nice beaches and walks and good choice in local restaurants and bars

    This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and bright with great balconies/terraces with sea views (from an elevated distance). It is close enough to the town of Portals Nous (4 min walk), to the beach (11 min walk) and to Puerto Portal (18 min walk). But you never really need to leave - the food is great, the pool is stunning and the staff are amongst the friendliest and helpful that I have ever come across.

    Located in a quiet place/town. The hotel is nice, very few people in the pool area or in the canteen and bar. Close to the bus stop to Palma and Santa Ponca via Palma Nova/Magaluf. Walking distance to good restaurants and the market square (Parc/mercat plaça Portals Nous). Breakfasts are OK but can get boring if you stay for a longer period.

    Hotel was very clean and staff were polite. Facilities were fairly modern and not tired, looking much like shown in the photos. The gym was good, having both free weights and machines covering most muscle groups. They have around 5 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and 1 cycling machine for cardio.

    Great hotel, very nice staff and the breakfast was amazing! I enjoyed having the options of different pools as it didn't make you feel like everyone was on top of each other. Beds were also really comfortable. Super close to a small beach.

    A top stay! We moved hotels from somewhere which was horrible and we were pleasantly surprised with how lovely this hotel was inside. The staff were always helpful and friendly too. Really good value and the rooms are lovely.
