Frankly speaking, everything. Incredibly helpful personnel, fluently speaking English. Perfect location nearby city centre. Good breakfast with the fruits, orange fresh juice, jamon and other stuff. Possibility to rent a bike. Very cosy room with comfortable bed.

It was our 2nd stay at Nobis. We love that hotel, as it combines the charm and magnificence of an Old Palace renovated with all the modern comfort. The interior design is stunning, with beautiful materials, refined details while keeping a sober luxury style. The staff is perfect, at all levels with a fast respond to our needs. Great breakfast as well.

the location is amazing, less than 8 minutes to the bus stop that can take you to the airport, and have supermarkets and great restaurants nearby; the staff were super friendly and made us feel welcomed; room was clean and cozy, not too big, but everything was tidy and well organised; the brunch at the lounge worth the price, very good proportion for what we paid. would stay here next time if i visit Palma

Beautifully designed spaces, excellent breakfast, perfect location. Very attentive and friendly staff. We felt well taken care of by Miss Karolina and Miss Anna from the reception desk, who made sure we had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend!

Location was kind oh hidden in the city..our cab driver actually had to look it up. Amazing stone building they fashioned into a hotel. Great service and location next to the Cathedral and walking distance to anywhere in old town.
