Interesting small town. Good range of bars and restaurants.
Interesting small town. Good range of bars and restaurants. The Mudejar design from moorish era very striking. One point I would make that if travelling without a car I would avoid staying in the Parador as there are very few taxis in Teruel and the walk is partly along a very busy road. A real gem: a small and very walkable city but with a lot to offer. Don't miss a visit to the aquaduct, the wall, the underground water tanks, the lovers mausoleum, San Pedro's church and tower, the museum and surely don't miss the wonderful patisserie from the Granier cafeteria! Travelling with an older relative also and had joining rooms and everywhere was easily accessible i.e. lifts and bathroom facilities. Hotel was busy but quiet and we had a really good sleep, nice beds and bed linens.
