Check in was super customer friendly; Location was excellent right across from a beautiful park and 1.5 blocks from the old town and about 4 blocks from beautiful concha beach; room was very modern and comfortable with great A/C; bathroom was very modern and comfortable with fantastic rain drop shower. For us, this was an unusually congenial and welcoming hotel. It has a slightly rustic, but classic, charm and there was nothing impersonal about it, yet everything was well appointed. Both the building and the setting were appealing and memorable. San Sebastian is less than 30 minutes away either by car or public transport, and it is an excellent option for a quiet setting away from the bustle.

The breakfast was excellent, featuring local farmers' products, and although the food was very simple, it was also tasty and healthy. Breakfast, nice and helpful staff, contact with the hotel employees, magnificent view from the mountain on which the hotel and farm are located.
