The property itself is fine. They've got the basics down without being flashy about it. Everything works. There is a 24 hour cafe, room service at good prices. Active gym and sauna. Free airport shuttle. Things that you need in a location next to work stuff. But the staff takes it the notch above. The staff are just so courteous and kind. I went for an early check out and shuttle, first thing they ask is if I need an early breakfast. My god! Everything is fixed with a smile and a care for the guest. Pity not every hotel can be a jupiter.
