Breakfast was perfect. The location is perfect to see the auroras and we had chance to see them all night. Also, I recommend to walk to the river and spend some time with the huskies. Strongly recommend.

We liked: - the well appointed rooms, nicely decorated - great communal areas at the hotel lounge / bar - fantastic breakfast - the hotel doesn't look much from the outside but the interior decoration is beautiful - we arrived early (8am) on the night train from Helsinki but were kindly allowed to check in and were given a room straight away - Mr Mark at reception took great care of us and helped us a lot with local advice

We booked with arctic tree hotel to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and to see the Northern Lights. Staff, every single one, went beyond and above to make us comfortable. They are a joyful and organized staff. The hotel itself is unique, spotless, and very well situated for viewing Northern Lights and visiting Santa’s village and the town of Rovaniemi. The restaurant is exquisite! The breakfast buffet boasts Lapland favourites and the dinner menu is exquisite!!! If we didn’t live so far away in Canada, we would visit again and again!!!!

Amazing experience to sleep in a snow hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and lovely. Everyone we met was very nice and kind. The sleeping bags really are warm! Did not get sick, enjoyed every minute of it! :) The hotel itself is beautiful to visit as well, public sauna was lovely before and after the night at the snow hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The surrounding area great for fun snow activities.

Amazing place! The best service and exceptionally trained staff! Very helpful, welcoming and polite. Igloos, snow hotel and ice restaurant were incredible! An experience we will never forget!

A very special experience. The rooms were cosy, warm and clean. Restaurant food was tasty with a lot of variety. Access to the snow hotel was an added bonus.
