Staff were helpful and very friendly. Parking was great and not expensive, room was clean and comfortable. No noise or disturbance at all. Very nice hotel. We arrived by surprise end of the day and we received the choice between a hotel room or apartment. We took the apartment and it was excellent. Two bedrooms, big living room, private sauna, balcony, and kitchen with everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. And just behind the hotel (2 minutes by car) there is a very nice public sauna at the lake. Very beautiful view over the lake. Nice experience to go to the public sauna and jump in the lake.

The room was spacious and clean. It is located in a large mansion which I think it usually serves as elderly center. The bathrooms are shared and very clean. There is a large kitchen that can be used. Helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel, the room was clean and nicely decorated. I really enjoyed the ambiance and the helpfulness/kindness of the staff. Great location, easy walking distance from the train station and many restaurants in the city centre region. The staff were really helpful, gave clear instructions about how to use the hotel sauna, how to access the various parts of the hotel, and tips on making my stay much easier in Tampere. A great gem!
