Location was perfect for exploring the area around the waterfront. We could walk to ferry restaurants, churches, fort. A little crazy to get to in middle of "downtown" area. You have to park in public lot about 3 blocks away. You have to set a clock on your car to show when you got to lot, then you have hours free parking. But you don't have to pay overnight...a little confusing but we basically never had to pay to park.

Located in the heart of the capital of Torshavn right across from the harbor. My room was large, relaxing, and clean. Wilhelm at the front desk was very helpful. He checked me in as my flight was cancelled. I was able to go to my room immediately when I arrived the next day. He was also very pleasant to talk to and full of information just like the lady who also works the front desk. Breakfast is served daily. And, there is a Thai restaurant open in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property, very modern and well equipped. Private free parking right outside. Excellent heating system, nice bathroom and kitchen, large sofa and TV with Netflix and extremely comfortable beds. One of the best self catering apartments we have stayed in. Supermarket 1 minute away and simply one of the best bakeries anywhere 1 minute in the other direction. It is just a 5 minute walk into town. Highly recommended.

The boathouse was great! The view was amazing, and even though it's a small place you had everything that you need - hot plate, microwave/oven, utensils, washing machine, etc. It had a great vibe for it and I loved looking out into the harbor. It's also a good location if you are lucky enough to secure a seat on the bus from the airport to Tórshavn. Also, pictures posted are the view when looking out the window.
