Cozy chalet equipped with all necessary cooking appliances and cutlery. We bought some foods in the city and have wonderful dinner cooking night. Warm room in a cold winter, except the floor is cold but can fix by wearing socks. Location is great and peaceful, walking distance to ski cable car that can bring us up to multiple skiing peaks, full of snow.

Everything was amazing! The location, the hospitality, food, fire, wine, atmosphere….VIRGINIE is the most incredible host and the other VIRGINIE is equally as amazing! We felt like family….which made it hard to leave even after only 5 days! We will absolutely, certainly be back! Auberge de La Foret made our family holiday one of the best yet. The staff was superb. Especially Amaya. She waited for us on a late arrival and recommended some nice restaurants on the area. The breakfast fine, not exceptional but ok. The location its ok for Alpe dú ez and Deux Alps. I recommend the Oberland hotel 100%

Great location for the Eau d’Olle Express gondola. The gondola takes you to Oz and to Alpe d’Heuz from there. We ski’d in Alpe d’Heuz and used the Allenond Sport for ski hire (directly across from the hotel), they’re really helpful and lovely staff. The hotel is a great place to stay if using the gondola, the staff are also great. But Allemond itself is very quiet, if looking for something more lively you can head up to Vaujauy or Oz in just 15mins

Allemont is a fabulous place and to wake up to mountains all around on the cycle ride to the boulangerie in the morning was very uplifting. Plenty of places to eat as well as a SPAR and a chemist. The apartment is self-catering and is well-equipped though not exactly modern.

Unpretentious, but our bedroom had been recently renovated with taste and it was very quiet despite the fact that the hotel was well occupied, as I found out at breakfast. Nice atmosphere too, very much a Dutch corner at its best.
