The room was great! Spacious and very clean. Staff were brilliant, when we asked about where we could find somewhere to eat they kindly reserved a table in the restaurant nextdoor for us. The hotel buffet breakfast had a great selection and was well worth it.

THANK YOU MR ELIO !!!We had an issue with another hotel .closed at night + no reception. The automatic check in didn't work .no one to help We roamed around and found the Ibis Thonon Mr Elio transformed hell into paradise Great staff Great breakfast with local chesse and fresh products Great location view on the lake a few mn away from city centre Everything was so clean Again Thak you Mr Elio good heart super professional!
