We arrived by train and took the shuttle bus to the island.
We arrived by train and took the shuttle bus to the island. From the island it was a bit of a walk (40 mins) with luggage through the fields to reach the hotel. If you're by car/have a bike, this hotel is a good option. If you are - like we were - just walking, it is a bit far to reach the shuttle and restaurants. The hotel itself is nice, pleasant and quiet. Very helpful staff.Guest review byAfraNetherlands - 8.0

We went to Mont St Michel and thought Ardevon would be close. It's ok but there are other places for accommodation closer to Mont St Michel. We would recommend Les Galette Restaurant at Beauvoir which is on the main road. Great food, great vibes for couples and families. Kitchen/dinning room is for guests use only (not shared with the host). Room is of average size with spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. We took a ground floor room with terrace which was nice. Breakfast was average but good enough to start a day. Coffee/tea was available throughout the day. Considering location car is a must. There is a picturesque short walk towards Mont Saint Michel (I am not sure if you can walk all the way) where you can take great pictures.
