The space felt airy and modern (recently refurbished) with big windows and beautiful views. Importanly, the pictures on the website are accurate. The bathroom and kitchen amenities were perfect. The home felt secure, the neighbourhood feels safe and neighbours downstairs are sweet. The staff have good attention to detail - everything was in its place. The owner, Eva, was helpful and kind. Staffs are very responsive. They answered every questions that I have. They even provided me with umbrella bcs during my trip in Lourdes it was raining everyday. This is very rare for a 2/3 stars hotel. The room size is big for 1 person. The bathroom is great too, with bathub. Very good price. the location is nice, though not that close to the Sanctuary, it’s 10 mins walk. It’s rather in the quiet area of Louders which is very nice.

    We loved the friendly staff but we were sorry for them...

    We loved the friendly staff but we were sorry for them working with such an apparent cloud over their future. It would have been nice if the king sized beds had been installed between the bedside tables for which they were designed. Un-naturally long arms were required even to turn off the bedside lights!

    we loved it. glad I ignored some of the people who had a different oppinion to me because we found this lovely hotel to be just what we wanted with very friendly staff and who allowed us the dog without charging us extra. we also had a very excellent breakfast.so thank you so much and we would certainly go back. We were also allowed a later check out on request. Helen.
