THE STAFF. There was a small mistake done upon our booking and they went above and beyond to resolve it, late at night, all hands on deck. Just to make up for it happening in the first place, they also treated us with complimentary breakfast. This is the place you will be valued. Comfy bed, quiet room, clean, nicely decorated, rich breakfast. I highly recommend it. Thank you everyone, and hope you are as appreciated as your guests!

Fabulous hotel, beautiful decor, gorgeous room and ensuite. Great position opposite the river and 3 mins walk into the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking was free opposite the hotel.
