We spent a week-end skiing at Chamrousse at the very biggining of the season. I found this ski resort very peaceful, clean and nice, for skiing but also for sightseeing or just for taking long walks. It is very close to a sledge slope for the children, close to very nice restaurants and bar and especially very close to the téléski (Bachat). you have a free shuttle that can take everywhere else you want. It’s perfectly suited for a family of 3 or 4, with everything you need for a comfortable stay - from a well-equipped kitchen and good heating to a clean bathroom and plenty of storage space. The location is ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from the slopes at Chamrousse 1700. Highly recommended for a relaxed family ski holiday.
