The property is in a secured apartment complex with parking included which is a great bonus. It is next to very nice parks and about 1km from the RER B so good for walks in general. The neighborhood is family friendly and seems safe. The apartment was much larger than I thought and was very happy with the separate office space. There is alot of natural light and it has a warm/cozy feeling. Its silent at night for sleeping and overall a quiet environment. I was impressed with how spacious it was and think its a good quality/value/price ratio considering the neighborhood also which is quite charming.

Loved the room, large closet, exceptional bathroom with beautiful terrazzo tiles and fantastic large rainshower. Loved the soundproof windows. Double bed was a bit small for my husband and I, wish it were a 180, felt like a 150. The breakfast was ok, but so many nice cafes nearby were easy. Would have preferred being able to soft boil eggs as opposed to scrambled in a steamtray. The pool was amazing, it was an unexpected luxury. Hotel’s restaurant was wonderful. Staff was great, helpful, delightful. We tecommend this place highly. Rue Mouffetard one block away, fantastic market street. Was able to get around easily on foot and bus to everything.

Location was great for what we wanted on our trip.

Location was great for what we wanted on our trip. Tram stops right outside, easy to commute from there to metro. Only meal we had at the hotel was breakfast, which was basic but tasty. There were some food shops within walking distance and a patissier/pizza place which was good. There is also a Burger King and McDonalds a tram ride away.

The hotel was truly interesting—historic, with heritage, and a very unique concept. However, we must understand that in historic buildings, not everything is as it is in new ones. Therefore, you should be prepared for some lack of modern comfort, as the heating system, creaking floors, and even the scent may not meet the standards of the newest hotels. But in any case, I recommend it because only in such hotels can you truly feel like a part of history.

Room was small but clean and cosy. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. Really close to the nearby tram stop, and there is a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away. Great little hotel.
