we had a suite, very large enormous bedroom with sitting area and small kitchenette which is off to the side and reasonably equipped for use. Very large bathroom equipped with step less wet room, 2 sinks and a high toilet with support rails. so it seemed suitable for anyone in need of these facilities. There is a second bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobes. Outside terrace both front and back and access to the walkway along the canal where there were boats moored. Beautiful grounds, loads of parking and the hotel restaurant was good and inexpensive

Beautiful quirky stay, we had the small double room which was as big as most rooms anyway ! Lovely place and the hostess was so friendly and kind couldn't do enough for us. The room itself is lovely and clean the bed is comfy with a big window to let light in - the whole house is beautifully restored and is very old in fact the whole town centre seems to be undergoing a bit of a renovation The hostess told us of an event on at the Chateau in the evening which really made our stay if you have the chance take a walk up to the Chateau it's beautiful!!

We enjoyed our stay! Valerie is a fantastic host, friendly, helpful, flexible, and can recommend a ton of local activities and where to eat. We had amazing sleep, the beds are firm and it is very quiet! As others write, it was great to meet other travellers around the beautiful and easy french breakfast table. The accommodation is well equipped and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and we felt like at home!
