2 or 3 days would work well Plenty to see around the Chateau and its grounds. Hard to get to the Armistice clearing to see the train carriage without your own car, there's no real public transport to it. But exploring the area around there could make an interesting day There's a memorial to Buchenwald that I did not get to. It is a small nice town.
It is a small nice town. You can reach all sightseeing locations by walking. It is also quite close to Paris in case you want to do a day trip to Paris. We drove back and forth, it takes around 70 minutes or so. Also you can take train. It is quite convenient.Guest review byONURGermany

Inside it is spacious, modern and very pleasant. It has places to work near the bar and restaurant. It also has a gated car park. It is outside of town so there is not much of interest nearby but if you are stopping off for a night for example it is an excellent choice. The owner Sophie was very welcoming and provided us with lots of information about the area. We had also access to a beautiful , peaceful walled garden where you can have breakfast if you wish. We however chose to have an excellent , typically French breakfast in the beautifully decorated dining room . The property was spotlessly clean and there was free on street parking. We had the unexpected bonus of air-con which we didn't expect (not sure many rooms have it) and was much appreciated as the week we stayed was really hot. The hotel is located centrally and parking is not a problem (our car was large so we opted for the free parking by the river nearby).
