    Cucuron has a beautiful big manmade pond / bassin in the...

    Cucuron has a beautiful big manmade pond / bassin in the city center that is surrounded by really tall Plane trees. It is stunning in the day and spectacular when all lit up at night. There are several bars and restaurants around the pond from which to choose (we avoided some due to bad reviews). Play it safe and get reservations as we saw people get turned away. We chose a Monday night because they have a very nice market on Tuesday mornings. You can take a walk around the old village and see where it was a fortified village at one time. One day and evening was plenty for us to see and do what we wanted.

    The rooms have been renovated recently with eye for detail . Very spacious with lovely bathroom . Mini bar was offered and we got a bottle of local wine as welcome gift. The hotel is situated along the bassin offering great views if your room faces the terrace. Other room faced the garden with lounge chairs. Great atmosphere and friendly welcome. You receive a detailed message with instructions for check-in and private parking access Breakfast served outside on the terrace at democratic price

    The host was just amazing, super friendly and always happy to help. She made us fresh breakfast every morning that tasted amazing and the pool and the surroundings of the hotel were simply beautiful. Just what you would expect of a little getaway in the Provence. The rooms are almost small houses with each their own terrace and a lot of privacy.

    Very peaceful bedroom/bathroom annex to the main house (separate entrance). The views from the terrace were superb, across the vines and lavender to the hills in the distance. Not far from Cucuron which has a variety of nice restaurants, particularly around the pool in the square. The owner was lovely and very welcoming.

    Beautiful relaxed hotel in a lovely and lovely village. Breakfast was great and included in price (baguette, pastries, yoghurt, fruit). Air con great. Pool lovely and relaxing.
