We liked everything- the room was very comfortable with a nice view to the valley. The food was great with a very good quality of the products offered. The staff was very kind and helpful. The SPA area is not perfect, but quite decent and pleasant, especially the outdoor jacuzzi :) The common areas were also very nice and comfortable.

The staff is exceptionally kind, the rooms are spacious and pleasant and families with children have a perfect solution with the spa complex, the pools, the playground and more. The staff were really accommodating of our last minute booking and arrival and my dodgy French. The room was compact but clean and tidy. The staff were keen to help us out and explain how everything worked. The food in the restaurant was excellent - huge variety and good quality. Previous review was negative but over 3 days we had different dishes every day and plenty of it. We were very impressed and the restaurant was kept clean, clear and well stocked and they were there for long hours too. I didn’t use the pool but that was clean and the kids were clearly enjoying it.
