Although planes do not fly at night, we were impressed by the quality of sound insulation with the outside in the morning when I opened the window. Very good breakfast. Easy Wifi connection. A free shuttle is available during the day until 20:00 but you have to make a reservation 48h in advance. Otherwise, the price of the taxi is 15€.

    It is a nice little town.

    It is a nice little town. I only stayed here to be close to the airport since I was attending a conference in Basel. The afternoon and first night after arrival I had a nice lunch at the bar in town and dinner at the Italian restaurant. People are very friendly and helpful at the town.

    If you have an early morning flight then make sure not to...

    If you have an early morning flight then make sure not to rely on Uber. Book a taxi in advance. I very nearly missed my 6am flight (which was a reschedule after a cancellation the evening before) as there were NO Ubers around at 3am. I was lucky I didn't need to check baggage otherwise I would definitely have missed it. You cannot walk to the airport from here - even though it is right next to the airport - which is massively frustrating.

    That part behind the airport where we stayed was beautiful, nicely kept gardens, no traffic, beautiful houses. I would not recommend to eat in a normal restaurant though, unless it is fine dining, since the prices are way too high for a mediocre food.
