Located on the mouth of the Seine River, the picturesque coastal town of Honfleur is a colourful paradise in Lower Normandy. This charming destination was an inspiration for many famous painters like the Claude Monet and the Eugène Boudin.

Honfleur is a gorgeous mediaeval fishing town that we have visited well over a dozen times. We never get tired of going back. There is always something to see and do. Amazing art galleries to look at, the small tourist train that takes you to all the main sites in Honfleur and it's environs. The replica William the Conquerors longship that is being built - a trip on the Seine to the Pont-d- Normandie. A beautiful old harbour town, that was buzzing with life even in the cold and damp. There are so many beautiful houses and buildings and the streets are filled with galleries and handicraft shops.
