We really liked the location of the property, as it was really close to the places we wished to visit. We also liked that the property was well maintained and cleaned. We disliked the small sofa.

The loveliest place with fantastic hosts! They were so helpful and friendly, and really went that extra mile to give our stay a silver lining. You can tell they run the place with pride and joy. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, the room was perfect and spacious. The decor, bedlinen etc. were top quality and has a classic style with modern influences. Big and delicious breakfast. We highly recommend it!

The owners are young, they started recently and have time to grow up, but please don't change. I have never been in such a mix of elegance and familiarity. The suite is furnished with minimal and refined taste, everything seems to be in the right place, studied for it. There is also a vinyl player to better immerse yourself in the magical aura. The surroundings are magic, an escape from traffic and everyday life. Breakfast is whatever you wished for, in contemplative silence. The owners are also available to provide information, directions and suggestions, but also pleasant conversations to get to know each other better. I don't know what else to say, just try it.

Nice location, close to the town of Bayeux. The campsite is quite small, which means it is quiet and peaceful. The owner was really helpful and lent us an extension cable for our van. He also gave us some recommendations on what to see nearby. I would say it is more for families with older children or adults, as it doesn't have any activities on site, but there are definitely things to do around. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Domaine de Marculfo and will definitely come back again. A beautiful setting, so quiet, hearing nature, the birds, the cows, the wind through the trees, seeing so many stars at night and all that already possible from our bed through the window. We found it beautiful, very clean and also very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and diverse Many interesting places can be visited from this location. Florence made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we could wish for. We would and will recommend this location to anyone wanting to visit Normandy, D Day beaches etc or simply enjoy some peace and quiet

Our second stay here and we’ve just returned from a wonderful week in this beautiful gîte in Normandy, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay again. The house had absolutely everything we needed — thoughtfully equipped, comfortable, and spotlessly clean throughout. The owner again had been so lovely and is so friendly. I really recommend staying at this property. It is in the most perfect location to explore Normandy and is absolutely beautiful.

    Very clean, spacious house with everything you could...

    Very clean, spacious house with everything you could possibly need. Jean Marc & Colette met us to show us around the house ( some language difficulties with my limited French) lovely taste of local pastries and Calvados. Super U supermarket in the village is very well stocked. Lovely patisserie down the road, The only "problem" would be if you were not fond of walking as it would have been about 1 kilometer to walk in to town, Lovely interesting market on Thursday. About 15 mins drive to Bayeux and about 20-30 mins to D Day beaches. We would love to come back and explore more
