The staff was very kind and supportive, the family room awesome (the kids LOOOOOOVed the bunkbed), the room was spacious and really well decorated. Beds super comfortable. The foodcourt is also really fun but it is also very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shops, so plenty of options.

The property is great. The room was modern and clean and very comfortable. The staff are so welcoming, they can not do enough for you. And the restaurant and bar are amazing. The location was spot on for us as we came in via Eurostar and the hotel was a five minute walk from the station.

Easy to find, large, comfortable room, bathroom excellent as was the breakfast. Right alongside Lille Bondues airfield. A must stopover for light aviation fans and old former private pilots like myself! Will definitely return when next in the area. Can highly recommend

    Loos itself is a dump. It’s not a tourist area really.

    Loos itself is a dump. It’s not a tourist area really. You need to travel to see anything nice. There’s not many good restaurants within walking distance. Taminet is good. I ended up eating Chinese twice cos I couldn’t be arsed to go far. I think there’s a kebab nearby.
