Clean, quiet and cozy apartment close to Disneyland. We walked the short distance to Disney, or it is one station ride on the RER train. It is nicely decorated and has a small kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and cooking utensils/dishes and some extras. The bed is very comfortable. The window has an external blind which is common in Europe. It blocks outside light very well. If you don’t know how to operate it, ask the owner. He responds promptly to answer your questions. I would stay in this apartment again in the future and ride the RER train to Paris which is about 30 minutes to Gare de Lyon train station.

This is a new location just outside Disney Paris. Wonderful hotel, great staff were friendly and helpful. I travel with my two small shorkies. The room was spacious for 3 adults and 2 dogs. Quiet and comfortable beds. Breakfast was wonderfully French. Croissants, cheese, fruit, et une cafe au lait!! This is a perfect location to see the sights and recover in quiet spot!

The staff was always very friendly and helpful, specially Patrick, who helped us at our check-in and check-out. The breakfast was good and had a wide variety of food. The room had a good size and was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood of the hotel is very lovely, quiet and also looked very safe. We mostly used public bus as transport and the availability was good, as well as the distance to the nearest bus stops. It was easy to get to the train station that allowed us to go to the center of Paris and was very near Disneyland.

    Horrific Experience – Do Not Stay Here This was hands down one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived at the apartment, we were shocked to find it in a filthy state — dirty floors, grime everywhere, and unwashed bedding literally rolled up and left out. It was completely unacceptable. I immediately contacted the host, and although a cleaner was eventually sent, we were forced to wait outside while the mess was dealt with. No guest should ever walk into such conditions. Unfortunately, the nightmare didn’t end there. We soon discovered there was no hot water for the entire duration of our three-night stay. For anyone, this is disgraceful — but for us, it was especially distressing as my young son suffers from severe hay fever. Washing off pollen is crucial for his health, and being unable to shower caused him significant discomfort and symptoms. We even tried to fill the bath with the kettle— only to find there was no bath plug. We were literally left without any way to properly wash for the entire trip. This completely ruined our much-anticipated Disneyland Paris holiday. When I contacted the host to explain how serious the situation was, they offered a partial refund — only for the first night, which was significantly cheaper than the others. This amounted to just 25% of the total cost. With support from Booking.com, I explained this wasn’t reasonable — only to be accused by the host of “blackmail” for simply trying to get fair compensation for a ruined stay. That accusation was both insulting and completely uncalled for. The apartment was unfit for guests, and the host’s dismissive and rude behaviour only made things worse. I urge anyone thinking of booking here to avoid it at all costs. Save your money, protect your holiday, and stay away.
