From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. The receptionist was friendly and provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and amenities. Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and modern design. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail was evident, with thoughtful touches such as complimentary bottled water and a selection of teas and coffees. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different dietary preferences. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the attentive staff made sure that I had everything I needed. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's spa and wellness facilities.     A fantastic holiday rental. Everything about the house and garden is great. The space and quality of the property are even better than the photos. Very good location for exploring the Loire Valley. Montlivault is served by a good bakery and butcher while the Relais de la Loire is great for dinner, all a few minutes walk from the house. A wonderful relaxing house, so tranquil with only birdsong to be heard! Agency also excellent with communication.

    The room was clean and comfortable and both breakfast and our evening meals were delicious. However, what makes this hotel excellent are the staff. Everyone was helpful, welcoming and made our holiday special. I would happily stay here again.
