The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good with continental and hot items. The room is very spacious. The location is a little bit outside of the main fanfare, which is nice as it's quiet but not too far to walk to/from. There's a free shuttle that took us from where we're dropped off by the shuttle from Le Chapieux.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, great location - close to the train station as well as pedestrian street. Many restaurants locate in walking distance. Good breakfast. Easy to arrive. Well recommended to TMB walkers instead of staying in Les Chapieux (only 20 minutes drive to each direction).

Highly recommended! Nice restaurant - ate here 3 nights in a row because the food was excellent. We visited at very end of Les Arcs ski season 2022-23 and wanted to stay at a lower location in case of snow (we did not have chains/snow tires). Easy access from road and free parking. Clean room with beautiful mountain view.

When I arrived at the hotel, I did not have my wallet ( money ) at all, but the person at the hotel were very very kind and helpful, even tried to solve the situation. After somehow we figured it out the situation, I was able to check in. I ate dinner at the place. The dinner was very nice. I really enjoyed homemade jam, local cheese and Genepi. I asked some questions about local traditions, history, etc. He answered everything and I learned Bourg-Saint-Maurice a lot.
