What a great location. We were greeted by Karine and shown around the property, also advised that all the grounds and wood were there to use. Karine and Thierry were most friendly and helpful. The house is well equipped with all needed for a stay. What a tranquil fresh environment to walk about. The mature woods were extensive and there were even two bookable 'Tree Houses' within. It was so quiet and peacefully fresh, we felt refreshed. A gem of a location and we would happily return.

I honestly don’t know why this hotel doesn’t have a higher rating, an absolutely underrated gem! - good location, free parking, very cozy common area. - insanely comfortable bed! It was the best sleep I had during my whole trip in Brittany! - I definitely recommend having dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, the food and wine were great and the staff were attentive. - Breakfast is 100% worth paying for, hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve encountered for a long time! They offer big variety of options including customised omelettes. All the food was very high quality. Yummy! Special thanks to the amazing manager/hostess (unfortunately, I forgot to ask the name) who was super nice, attentive and extremely welcoming. Definitely a person that knows how to run a business in hospitality!

Excellent location to visit the west of French Brittany, near to the beach, the stores and the Lanvollon city. Costs are low and quality was good while eventually enjoying the hotel terrace between two trips. Rooms are exceptionally very well soundproof ! We had very restful nights following long walking days

I liked Everything. It was by far the nicest and best appartment that I have stayed in in over two years in France I adored it A great host The owner is so helpful and friendly. Sylvie and Alain are excellent hosts. Upon arrival Alain provided us with information about the main sights in the Paimpol area. He advised us to reschedule our trip to île-de-Bréhat in view of the weather forecast. Our room on the first floor was clean and spacious - this was the cleanest accommodation during our trip in Bretagne by far. We loved the breakfast: 🍳, the home made cake & crêpes and the fruits. It was great to enjoy the garden. We would return any time with pleasure.

Spacious accommodation with everything that we needed. Clean and tidy. Quiet and peaceful location. Great outside space (if only the weather had been better!). The private hot tub was fantastic and we used it as much as we could during our 2 night stay. Would recommend and return if visiting the area again.

    A wonderful find. Friendly service, the room was large and comfortable with beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was delicious and dinner at the hotel restaurant was exceptional. We would definitely go back.
