The decor and amazing attention to detail. Lots of antique furnishing. I stepped back in time. The staff also dressed in period costumes. Simply so elegant. The food was amazing and spa treatment was so relaxing. I wanted to be Marie Antoinette for the day: makeup, hair and dresser and photography and they arranged the whole experience so well. Thank you. Will be back to try out the other rooms. Such a tranquil place.

Le Manoir Saint Thomas is a hidden precious gem of Amboise. It has a prime position to the centre of Amboise chateau, restaurants, shopping and the Loire river. The rooms are clean and have been beautifully and authentically restored, it has a secluded pool and garden and is serviced by the most wonderful of people who made our visit a memorable and delightful experience. A very nice chateau with cute interior and amazing service! My best night of sleep since moving to France, the air was fresh and it was SO quiet. The man working there was very welcoming and service oriented, helping us with whatever we needed. Would absolutely recommend! Ps. They have a very cute cat living at the premises

We loved everything about this wonderful accomodation in a fabulous location. Being able to park right out the front was very much appreciated. We found the staff very friendly and can recommend taking up the breakfast option. We would definitely stay again.
