I had a good sized well decorated impeccably clean room with a very comfortable bed. The room was perfect for me in every way. The staff spoke good English and were very warm and friendly.

Super hotel, very good sound insulation. Very helpful staff. Compliments for Clémence who very patiently explained an app with which we could hire e-bikes in the square in front of the hotel. This saved the day because I cannot walk very far and the local bike shop had no more bikes to rent out. Valence is a lovely small town. We recommend strongly!

    Excellent member of staff, Audrey, who was more than helpful to us when we arrived at the hotel stressed out because other accommodation had let us down. She made drinks for us, booked a table at the local pizzeria, and was always cheerful and uplifting during our stay. She is a real asset to the hotel and made our time there much easier.
