The hotel is both very traditionel French, but with all modern comfort. We did a 3 hour hike with our dogs on the hill just beside the hotel; and had a wonderful lunch and dinner; the food is of extraordinary quality. The setting is gorgeous, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and the food was excellent. The dinner we had was perfectly prepared, and delicious. Unfortunately, this was only an overnight stop on our way back to the airport, and I feel our travel agenda did not do it justice.
