We had the most enchanting stay at Notre-Dame d'Escouloubre! The ambiance was truly divine, and the host's generosity and kindness made the experience exceptional. This is an excellent small hotel, easily accessed from the main road from Perpignan to Quillan. It is super quiet. The meals we had in the restaurant were of super quality and represented excellent value for money. The breakfast too was a superb continental type and very reasonably priced and with no limit on the food, coffee or juices. The room had been very tastefully renovated and the bathroom had a super shower. But most of all we really loved the staff. The owners have done a good job in selecting staff who we found to be super friendly and helpful. The garden area was well furnished and the swimming pool was perfectly clean and well maintained. Definitely this hotel is worth a visit, we loved it !!.

Beautiful. Everything was so thoughtfully designed and created.

The hotel is situated perfectly in the Quillan, we had a family member in a wheel chair, suitable parking at the back with lift access and wide passages. The rooms were very good, large and plenty of room with the wheel chair. The Restaurant had great food, something different on the menu available each of the 3 nights.

This was our second visit this year and it was even better! We went for a slightly upgraded room, and it didn't disappoint. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. It is great being able to swim outside in a heated pool even at 21:00 in November! The staff were excellent, the food tasty and well presented, and the thermal and spa treatments the cherry on the cake!
