Gite 2 was ground floor and all on one level with a wet room style bathroom which was super useful for my dad. By far the best equipped self catering accommodation I’ve stayed in. And there was a pool to cool off in. Babette was an absolute delight.

Very friendly and supportive host, even in summer a cool house, beautifully decorated, a nice relaxing garden and well-situated to explore the area in the directions Dordogne and Haute-Vienne. Lime Tree Farmhouse is a beautiful property set in an idyllic position. The accommodation was fantastic, immaculate throughout and we had everything we needed to hand. The gardens were amazing and very well loved. We were very comfortable whether sitting by the pool(which was great and private for us)or outside our accommodation.

The host Eric was amazing, we had a total disaster with both of our vehicles breaking down and he came out to pick us up. We had requested dinner in the evening and by the time my husband made it there to join us it was after 11pm but we still were able to enjoy a three course dinner! The breakfast in the morning was very good too, all done to our preferences as was the evening meal. Eric went out of his way to accommodate us with every detail. He was very helpful, friendly, patient and professional. The house is lovely with a lot of character and the view from the terrace is beautiful. We will definitely return.
