Such a gem! Perfect place to stay while visiting Margaux region. Wonderful room, lovely hosts. So sweet and helpful. And made a lovely breakfast. I rented a bike and spent a day roaming around. Very much enjoyed my nights here.

The hotel is beautiful, on an amazing estate, very close to the river. The rooms are beautiful and the spa and swimming pool with warm water are amazing too. They also have a pool table which we enjoyed. Besides all this, the biggest impression on us was left by the staff, who were all beyond kind and helpful. Further than that, one time we returned to our room after a long day of wine tasting, and we found a surprise, a decoration of swans and hearts was waiting for us there, with rose petals and balloons. This really made our day and made sure we will return to Relais Margaux next time we are in the area.

Everything. The kindness, attention to details, flexibility and help of the owner (Clémence). The charm of the house furbished with a local touch. The breakfast, including home made cakes - and a little chocolate gift for our daughter for Easter. A detail, but the open shelves and hangers in the room were very practical to store items for our stay. It's a really pleasant place to stay, in the middle of the wine region, easy access to many chateaux. Public parking is possible in front of the house and free of charge. A great value for the price you pay. We hope to be back one day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nathalie and her team were charming, extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast each morning which included a range of homemade breads, cake with yoghurt, fruit etc. Quite a spread! The location works well to explore the Bordeaux area with visits to chateaux and superb local restaurants. Highly recommended.

    Nice and clean room, connected to the pleasant owners. Only drawback was the limited space around the (large) double bed. This was balanced with an excellent breakfast, why we were fully satisfied. Thank you very much for a lovely stay!
