    Lots of historical buildings, there’s a walking tour that’s well signed. A blend of old and modern. Small enough to walk in a day, there is a free bus that you can get on to take you round. Plenty of choices of places to eat & drink.

    Troyes is a beautiful example of a town packed full of half-timbered medieval houses everywhere you look. And so many churches and a beautiful cathedral. It's well worth a visit and specifically look out for the stained glass windows and we would recommend a visit to the Cite du Vitrail which is a fabulous museum about stained glass and apothecaries. Some nice restaurants too.

    Good location, within a short walk of the old centre of the city. Modern hotel with good sized rooms, especially the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. Safe, underground parking is available as is on-site electric vehicle charging at a reasonable cost. The one downside for us was that carpet in our room was stained in places, and in need of replacement

    Recommend the self-guided walking tour ( map available from Tourist Info Centre) to see all of the main sights and the many beautiful half/ timbered buildings. Large choice of restaurants / worth exploring the quieter streets for less busy options.

    Fantastic old city. Amazing old buildings to visit. Lots of quirky independent shops. Great restaurants and bars at a range of price points, from large outdoor bistro dining to small intimate courtyard establishments. Definitely worth a re-visit.

    The old town of Troyes is very phogenic with many very old buildings - almost liks London in 1666! There are many restaurants offering excellent food. We like Le Chat Noir for a cheap and cheerful range of food and drinks, including locsl pression beers and a goid children's menu.

    We have travelled a lot in France and this is now one of our new favourite stays. What a wonderful and gracious host. The apartment is beautiful with wonderful art. We were cared for really well and it was just the stay we needed after a few days hotel hopping back up to Calais. Troyes is well worth the stop with great history and architecture as well as an exciting art scene. I wish we had, had time to stay longer. We shall next time. Stay here you won't regret it.

    The hotel is easy to reach by car. You can stop in front of the hotel, check in and then drive into the car park without any problems. The hotel's entrance looks modern and neat and the reception was good. The room was spacious and clean and the separate toilet (not in the bathroom) was also nice. Perfect as a stopover on a trip through France. We did not take breakfast, so we cannot comment on that.

    Perfect for our requirements on the way back to the UK from the South of France. The hotel was a short drive from the city centre, which is stunning. The hotel is very clean and the staff were lovely, they helped us with the EV, which was right outside the hotel, and free!

    An good place to stay for the night on your way through France. The staff were helpful and the bed was comfortable. We were given a ground floor room as requested as we are over 80. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent.

    Unusual boutique hotel for a big chain. We had a free upgrade to a Junior suite which was really comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast was a good standard with gluten free bread option. Great location in the centre of Troyes
