    Lovely place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a...

    Lovely place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a place to call home whilst you drive around the South of France. Parking directly outside the property & short drives to Nice, Cannes & Monaco. Great place to stay if you’ve got children, there’s access to the residents swimming pool and the club house has a great restaurant. Town and shops close by to stock up as well.

    It wasn't our first time in Villineuve-Loubet.

    It wasn't our first time in Villineuve-Loubet. We like this cosy place by the sea. The bay of the Plage du Centre Nautique and Villineuve Plage is comfortable to swim in and the water is clean. There are many nice cafes near the Marina and Croisette Jean Marchand.

    Location was good, close to supermarket and station.

    Location was good, close to supermarket and station. Beach was a short walkaway. In reality this is a poor budget hotel, we’ve stayed at better b&b hotels for less. The rooms are small, smelly and downright smoky even though there’s a non-smoking policy! One big headache is the Wi-Fi, you have to keep logging in every time you leave the hotel on return. On arrival at the hotel it would be appreciated if a person could be physically present-stop cost cutting, it doesn’t work!!!!

    Information slow coming but may have been because we booked same day as travel (but some responses came instantaneously and others were long time coming). Parking absolute nightmare!! Good, basic accommodation in nice location.

    The hotel is well situated near the beach. The breakfast is delicious, served at the pool restaurant with amazing views of the sea and the coast. The family room is on the first floor with partial sea view, I'd say predominantly pool terrace view which didn't particularly bother us and the noise in the evening was tolerable. The staff in the restaurant and at the reception are very professional and pleasant to deal with. Altogether, a nice hotel for a family vacation, well positioned if you want to explore the French Riviera.

    It's a F1 hotel, so expectations are always low. If you have never stayed in one of these, its the cheapest, most basic accomodation imaginable. This one was ok. Usual tiny shower, tiny sink, no space. I expected that though. Staff seemed very nice on check in, and could all speak English which is a bonus. Supermarket 2 minutes walk away.
