For the money that you pay (and it really is good value), the rooms are more than ok, especially with aircon. The breakfast was good, and great value and there is free parking on site. Whilst there is no bar or restaurant in the hotel, it does not matter - a few minutes walk away are some lovely bars and restaurants in the little town.
