His exceptional hospitality shines through in every aspect of your stay, paired with ample parking that adds to the convenience for guests. Breakfast here is a delightful affair, featuring a unique, easy-to-use device for guests to prepare eggs exactly to their taste. We had the pleasure of experiencing two different rooms, both impeccably clean and practical, ensuring a comfortable stay. John's availability is noteworthy but not overbearing, always ready to assist while respecting guest's space and privacy. As a cow farmer, staying with John also means supporting a local agricultural enterprise, which adds a meaningful dimension to your visit. By choosing to stay here, future guests will not only enjoy a wonderful sojourn but also contribute to the local farming community. This is my way of helping John attract the recognition his lovely accommodation and commendable dedication deserve.

Location close to supermarket, and a short drive to Game of Thrones Tour. Lovely Queen Anne style furniture in bedrooms; lots of hanging space in the wardrobe; bed and chairs were comfy. Removeble coathangers (not the ones that can only hang in the wardrobe on those silly silver hooks) so when I did some washing, I could hang the washing near the open window to dry overnight. A kettle in the room with t/c/s & milk. That may sound petty, but some hotels I have recently been staying at, had NO KETTLE etc.

I stayed there as we had an event next door in the pub so great location for us. Nothing was too much trouble, Lynne was amazing! breakfast was excellent as was the 2 staff on in the morning. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Excellent location in Moira, easy to get everywhere by car.

We had a lovely stay here a gem of a place convenient location and with some mixs up in our booking they accommodated us no problem....it's a home away from home comfortable and we had our 2 dogs lovely wee garden for a run around....anything we needed to ask was just a message and hosts replied straight away...kitchen you can cook yourself make tea coffee etc washing machine..we came back to some treats in our room aswell lovely touch we will definitely be back 😊
