Liz is a very lovely and helpful host, even bringing me a plate, knife and fork, and kindly sharing a menu for a great local takeaway that delivered very quickly. The room itself was perfect – the bed was super comfortable and the temperature was spot on for me (Liz had even put the heater on for my arrival, which was a nice touch, but I didn’t need it for long 😁). The bathroom was spacious and had everything I needed. The location is also great, with a few nice bars and local shops within walking distance, and just a few miles away there’s a fantastic golf course with parking and beautiful views. Would happily stay again – highly recommend!

The unique way the lovely host has named the rooms and the way he is checking you in, is making this experience one of the best in your life! We had a fabulous stay. The inn has real character. Our room was so big with a very spacious bathroom and shower too. The bed was really comfortable and cozy. Delicious breakfast by the fire the following morning looking out over the moors was my favourite. I'd recommend staying here rather than a same-y hotel, especially with google maps now you can find places so easily and the drive there was no problem too!

Staff where so helpful and friendly they really helped us out and nothing was a problem, thank you again they definitely went above and beyond and solved and helped with a few issues we had. The owners should be proud if their workforce people often put reviews up complaining about stuff but often don't bother with good ones. This time it would be impossible not to mention how well the staff preformed.

Baildon is at the top of a hill and relatively quiet,...

Baildon is at the top of a hill and relatively quiet, especially at night. Plenty of drinking and eating places and a Co Op for food. Roads are fine, and local buses run to Shipley and Bradford. The railway station is not well located, so take train to Shipley and then bus or taxi.
