The location is Bognor Regis.

Bersted was easy to find and looked like a nice area.
Bersted was easy to find and looked like a nice area. We stayed in an Airbnb in Bersted, so we could then visit surrounding areas, including the seaside and Chichester We visited the Royal Oak pub for dinner and the food there was brilliant, nice and hot, great portions.
