My favourite places were the cafe attached to the castle, the fruit shop and florist across the road from The Castle Inn and the friendliness of the locals. We dined at The Fleece Restaurant. The hotel is well located, in a pretty town full of independent shops. Coast is reachable and beaches in this area are great, there are parks and nature reserves nearby. We walked around the town peering into shop windows and taking photographs of the brightly coloured houses.Guest review bypeter

The bay window overlooks the town so you can enjoy the peace and quiet in the comfortable lounge while watching the world go by.
