Definitely visit the Dyce Carvery they do amazing buffet. I got the large portion my wife got the medium portion. We got there types of meat (beef, pork, turkey) and multiple servings of accompanying dishes. From the hotel we could see aeroplanes landing and taking off although at the weekend, the place is much quieter. We walked around the area into the terminal building and pleasantly surprised how clean it was - Edinburgh please note. This was a great base for attending the Rougue Invitational at P&J. Its within walking distance and easy access to the airport by taxi and to the city by train. We ate in the Dunavon hotel and The Spiders web - both good value food.Guest review bySarah 1

The staff were welcoming on arrival and explained my options re breakfast etc. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed and bedding were luxurious and the shower was large and a delight to use. When checking out, a lovely young man named Muhamed (sp?) asked in depth about my comfort and stay, and then escorted me outside to physically point out the route to the airport.
