The property at Kinloch is spectacular! The grounds are gorgeous and the staff is extremely friendly. From the moment we arrived it felt like we were visiting family we immediately relaxed and enjoyed the views of the loch Dinner was brilliant as it was delicious and not drawn out too long Breakfast was perfect The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was immaculate We will be back!

First of all, the location of the The Inn @ Aird a' Bhasair is idyllic and beautiful. The staff were very welcoming on our arrival and went out of their way to help us to the room allocated for our stay. The room itself was very comfortable and contained all of the services we could have asked for and was very quiet, which was to our liking. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was of the highest order and the service was excellent. Likewise, breakfast was superb, with a very wide selection to choose from and all we selected was delicious. We cannot speak too highly of The Inn @ Aird a' Bhasair. We wished we had booked a longer stay at the hotel and toured the area for a little longer than we had planned.

The room was upstairs and had a wonderful view of the lighthouse in the distance and the immediate view of the inner seas. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant food and service was wonderful!

The staff were very helpful in helping us find free parking nearby since their car lot was full. We LOVED the all-window dining room, where we sat for dinner, staring out into the sea. It was a beautiful stay. We had a fairly good view too from our hotel room of the sea as well. We liked the room.

Great location on Skye. Our room overlooked the water. Loved having wellies to borrow! Morgan was delightful! As was the young man - whose name I did not get! Dinner and breakfast were great.

Lovely harbour at Elgol wacthing the waves rolling in and the primary school right on the beach what a location. The cottage was lovely really nice and cosy and warm. Would be great for a romantic getaway.

A small village with barely 180 inhabitants on the coast.

A small village with barely 180 inhabitants on the coast. It is possible to take a cruise on the surrounding sea. The area is suitable for relaxation and wandering, but do not expect anything more than the basic services here.

We loved the peace and tranquility.

We loved the peace and tranquility. Although remote you’re half an hour away from every service you could possibly need which in the highlands is fantastic. We mostly enjoyed the peace and quiet. We loved the scenery and lighting at different times of the day also.

Travelers be aware, you cannot reach this place by public...

Travelers be aware, you cannot reach this place by public transport, we traveled all the way to Mallaig by train only to find the property was at Skye and we couldn't get there without a car. Disappointed that it was listed as a property in Mallaig.
