Really nice Holiday Inn, beautiful surroundings at the race track, great staff and the breakfast is wonderful. If you get a chance have a glass of wine and the 24 hour pizza… delicious!

The cottage was lovely, well equipped and clean.It would be very easy to walk to Epsom town centre. Convenience store 5 mins away. There is very good security with lockable gates. Convenient for our one night stay for a family party and very good value

The hotel staff were amazing. The hotel and rooms were clean and cozy. We arrived very early and they were very accommodating to get us into our room. All the food was very good and fresh. The area is cute, plenty of things to walk to, including the bus and train, pubs, Hampton Court, etc.

We checked in at night at 10 pm on 14/10/23 02 people were at the desk and the nale boy was helpful I don't know his name The second lady was not all bothered and was busy on her mobile Thanks for that hospitality, even I am a hotelier so I know how things are Train them properly or it will be bad for the hotel .......

    Great place to stay if you drive into london..40 mins to South Kensington on a Sunday. Bus 418 to Kingston then train and tube into central london also good just more time but kingston(e) upon Thames is nice to visit discovered the Anglo-Saxon king stone nr the Kingston guild hall. Handy for race course Epsom. Quiet snug in back of tge garden really well done great facilities and great hosts

    Very comfortable bed and good quality bed-linen Room quiet (except for one squeaky floorboard (room 6) which is being looked at apparently. Staff lovely Room slightly tired - especially the bath BUT gapped value at that price and spotlessly clean. Good temperature and oodles of overshot water. Plenty of free parking We ate next door at the pub in the evening which was fair but not marvellous and almost no Gluten Free offering at all (only Parsnip soup!) On the plus side they had a good selection of alcohol free drinks ( useful when driving!)

    If you enjoy walking or horse racing then this hotel is ideal, as it situated right on Epsom Downs and is within walking distance of the Grandstand. However it is not near the town of Epsom and there is limited public transport - it would be 10-15 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

    I grew up in Epsom in the 50s and 60s, finally leaving the area in 1984 so I was pleasantly surprised to find that the town has not only weathered the intervening 40 odd years well but actually seems to have improved! It’s a vibrant town with great shopping and plenty of great places to eat as well as a host of places to visit. Naturally if you are a horse racing fan then Epsom must be at or near the top of your list of places to visit. Sadly the only universal downside is the shocking state of the roads - potholes galore!

    It was great!

    It was great! We stayed here as a temporary accommodation while our house was under renovation. We felt at home easily from the day one and could do cooking, washing, kids entertainment etc., Shops are very close is another plus point. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a temporary stay!

    The NonSuch is definitely a hotel but it had the comfortable feel of a welcoming guesthouse. The room cost £80 with breakfast…..measure that cost against the cheapest chain (Premier Inn etc) that wanted £153. The room had everything you could need, flatscreen tv, shower en-suite, tea/coffee making, even an iron, ironing board and a hairdryer.

    breakfast was as expected for this price range. the locality suited us as 10 minute walk to Stoneleigh train station. the 2 members of staff were very pleasant and would be a reason that we would choose to stay again if required to stay over in London again
