What a beautiful part of Scotland!
What a beautiful part of Scotland! It was both relaxing and peaceful. There were different things you could do and fantastic places to eat and grab a drink. I think the best description of this hotel is quirky. The decor is quaint and a bit tired but on the whole everything works. Breakfast was good but some people may have missed not having cereal or fruit. We ate dinner in the hotel and enjoyed it - the menu is certainly different from what I would have expected in the Highlands but that's not a criticism. The hosts were very gracious making sure we had a lovely time. There is a lovely bakery in the town just 5 mins drive away. We also got to see the dolphins do their dance from the famous view point also very close.
